Choco- Banana Milkshake

Choco- Banana Milkshake is a very simple recipe. Banana milkshake is my favorite and used to make them whenever there were plenty of bananas. I was introduced to the addition of chocolate syrup from a good friend of mine. Since then I never made the plain one. This is a healthy milkshake. The addition of chocolate syrup indeed makes it very tasty. This can be served to children after they return from school. Also the banana has enough sugar in it. So no extra addition of sugar as well. Do give it a try and I am sure you all will like it too :-)



Ingredients:
  • Ripe Banana- 1
  • Milk- 1/3 to 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate syrup- To taste
  • Almonds- 1-2 (optional)

Procedure:

Take all the required ingredients.


Then blend everything to get a smooth frothy mixture. Choco- Banana Milkshake is ready!!


Serve it right away. Above measurement serves One.

  2. hersheys syrup is not good for your health cos it contains HFCS. Make your own homemade syrup instead!
