Ingredients:
Fresh Green Peas - 3 cup
Potato (medium sized) - 2
Grated Coconut (fresh/frozen) - 1 cup
Roasted Dry Red Chilli - 5-6
Tamarind - Gooseberry sized
Salt - 2 1/2 tsp (vary accordingly)
Water - 2 to 2 1/2 cup
Coconut Oil - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Garlic - 1 bulb
Ice cream bites is a no churn vanilla ice cream with a chocolate coating. It requires only few ingredients. The hard part is waiting for it to set in the freezer. Chocolate Compound - 160 g ( I used mixture of dark and milk)
