Ingredients:
Tendle (Ivy gourd) - 1 kg
Potato, big sized - 1
Coconut Oil (or oil of your choice) - 2 Tbsp
Garlic- 1 bulb
Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp (adjust accordingly)
Grated Coconut (fresh / frozen) - 1/4 cup
Salt- To Taste
Water - 1 cup (or as needed)
