Indian Butterscotch Ice cream has a very unique taste and is my personal favorite. The ice cream base is flavored with Indian butterscotch essence and mixed with crunchy bits of praline. I have used both almonds and cashews in the praline. You can choose to omit one nut and double the other. The ice cream is eggless and you don't need an ice cream machine. Ponsa Muddo is a seasonal breakfast dish. Ripe jackfruit pods are ground with coconut, rice and sweetened with jaggery. It is then flavored with cardamom. The batter is steamed in teak leaves (or banana leaves). It is then served warm with ghee and honey. It is a delicious breakfast dish which is very flavorful. I hope you enjoy making it.
