Indian Butterscotch Ice cream has a very unique taste and is my personal favorite. The ice cream base is flavored with Indian butterscotch essence and mixed with crunchy bits of praline. I have used both almonds and cashews in the praline. You can choose to omit one nut and double the other. The ice cream is eggless and you don't need an ice cream machine.
