Mashinga Palle Ambado is a rice- lentil based fritters. The drumstick leaves (Moringa) adds a wonderful flavor. The fritters are deep fried in coconut oil. The crust gets super crispy with a soft(and dense) interior. You can also substitute other green like methi, red amaranth, radish greens etc. I hope you enjoy this video.
