Video: Paneer Burrito Bowl (Vegetarian)| Mexican Inspired Recipes

Paneer Burrito Bowl is a tasty, Vegetarian meal. This meal consists of 5 components - Black beans, Guacamole, Cilantro- lime rice, Spiced Paneer and Fajita Veggies. All together they make a great meal. Paneer can be substituted by tofu. If desired the bowl can be topped by Pico de gallo, Sour cream, chopped lettuce, Shredded cheese etc. This recipe is a family favorite. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Ingredients: Cooked Black beans - 1 cup For Guacamole - Avocado - 2 Tomato (small) - 1/2 Onion (small) - 1/4 Jalapeno - 1/2 Cilantro - 5-6 sprigs Lime Juice - 1 Tsp Salt - To taste For Cilantro - Lime Rice : Basmati Rice - 1/2 cup Water - 1 cup Butter - 1/2 Tbsp Oil - 1 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Lime Juice - 2 tsp Chopped Cilantro - 2 Tbsp Salt - To taste For Spiced Paneer: Paneer cubes - 1 cup Oil - 1 tsp Dried Oregano - 1/4 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - To taste Fajita Vegetables: Red bell pepper - 1/2 Green bell pepper - 1/2 Onion (medium sized) - 1 Jalapeno - 1/2 Oil - 1 Tbsp Pepper powder - To taste Salt - To taste
