In my previous video, I showed how to make fresh rice noodles at home. After two days, many people are no longer interested to eat the same food for breakfast. Ingredients:
Leftover Shevai - 5 pieces
Carrot - 1
Green beans - 12-15
Bell pepper (Capsicum) - 1/2
Onion - 1/2
Ginger - 1 inch
Grated Coconut - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
For Seasoning:
Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Chana dal - 2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1-2
Curry leaves - 5-6
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
I have used a chopper for chopping the vegetables. This way even the carrot and beans take less time to cook.
