Dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast. For Sabudana dosa, all the ingredients are soaked and ground to get a fine paste. After a few hours of fermentation, the batter is spread on hot tawa to get crispy dosas. I have been making this dosa for many years and it turns out perfect every single time. Dosa Rice (or Sonamasuri rice) - 1 cup
Sabudana (sago) - 1/4 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds (Methi) - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
