Garlic Chutney powder is a flavorful spicy condiment. It requires few ingredients and can be used for vada pav, sandwiches, alongside rice/chapathi, on masala dosa etc. If stored in a dry, air tight container, it stays good for 1-2 months. Byadgi Dry red chilli - 14-15
Garlic cloves, big - 14-15
Tamarind - marble sized
Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - To taste
