Sanna Muddo is a popular Konkani dish. This is generally served for lunch or dinner as an accompaniment to rice and dal. A spicy rice mixture is made to which finely chopped cabbage and onion are added. The mixture is then wrapped in individual portions of banana leaves and steamed. While serving, it is generously drizzled with coconut oil. I hope you enjoy making it as much as we did. Please leave me a comment if you have any questions.
